Processing Time

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.
P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
Please note we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Customs & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees once your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
As the customer, you are responsible for paying any such fees. RemoKit has no control over these charges, nor can we predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you’d like more information before placing your order.
Delivered but Not Received
Once an order has been marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, RemoKit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local postal service, neighbors, or building manager. In these cases, the carrier is the best point of contact to help locate the parcel.
