Eligibility
You can request a return or refund if:

Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Your item is missing parts or significantly different from its description.
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. For damaged or defective items, please notify us within 14 days of delivery for the fastest resolution.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and free from wear, stains, or excessive use. Please ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
We cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind or incorrect size/color choice

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” (e.g., hygiene-related items, digital goods)

How to Start a Return
Please email us at support@remokit.store with:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

A photo of the packaging (if damaged)
We’ll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If there’s an issue with your return, we’ll contact you directly.
Exchanges
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged, and only for the same product originally ordered.
Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you won’t need to return the product in most cases.

If a return is required for another reason, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
